Pleasant experience. Today I went through the drive thru for lunch the customer service was great Sandra was very friendly and cheerful. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo the service was fast and the food was good. no complaints satisfied customer!

So I went to this Popeyes maybe three or four times. The first time I use the app to get a discount on the four mixed chicken wings. The chicken wings were great, I got the spicy so it has some good flavor to it, it's not Frenchy's but it's good soul chicken for what's around my area.
I'm going to try church's down the street but I think Popeyes is going to be my go to. I also got the Cajun fries and the Cajun rice. Now those were actually good, I could eat that every day for breakfast lunch and dinner. I suggest getting the app, the food may be overpriced but with the app you get a lot of deals and discounts. -

Service is trash! Unbelievable how rude some people are.
The young lady in the drive through with the black thumb nail was so rude. She shouldn't work in the service industry if this is how she's going to act. She had the line waiting forever to order and when I finally got to the window she deleted my order. I had to reorder. She rolled her eyes and said, "damn it" as if it were my fault.
She then came back to the window roughly 10 mins later with 3 cars behind me and asked if I could pull up to the front
I jokingly with a huge smile on my face shook my head and she turned around and stormed off with a disgusting look on her face. I screamed at the drive through I was kidding to try and cheer her up, but she just stormed off. Unreal! Even if I were serious you just don't treat customers like that! Horrible, horrible, horrible service. I will never come back here. Customer beware!!!! -

Why oh why do we in this household love Popeyes chicken so much so that we're willing to CONSTANTLY endure and suffer through such TERRIBLE AND GOD AWEFUL "service". Even when adjusting/compensating for teenagers it is still just soooo bad.
THEY GET OUT ORDERS WRONG EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!!!
They return INCORRECT CHANGE... EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Once *at the order menu* (not in line, but at the speaker) at the drive-thru and with the "lobby"/restaurant closed... it took 10min (not exaggerating) to Get the "can I take your order?" Question. I sat and sat and sat with NO CAR in front of me. i ordered a 3 price, i get to the window "we accidentally charged you for 5 piece, you sure you don't just want a 5 piece?"
REALLY??!!!
NO!
Then i was still over charged once they got the order right. I corrected them. They agreed... and then still gave me the incorrect change (out of $20) according to the original incorrect order and overcharged. I was already so flustered that i forgot to count before driving off.
I noticed, spun the car around and returns to find 4 cars in line man thought "f* that!!!! Not worth the $4 extra dollars!!"
I think we finally must give our love of Popeyes up entirely. It's been like this (or something close) the last 6-7 times in row.
Time to get corporate involved. -

Last time I visited this store was about a year ago. Dude dropped off weed to one of the employees, I was what ever as long as the chicken was good. It wasn't.
Decided to give it a try again a few days ago, absolute trash still. EVERYTHING was cold, red stick chicken had no seasoning, ONLY up side was some bomb sweet tea.
Unless you need you're craving some room temp food I say go else where.
